Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management:Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery lead times.
  Negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  Maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers and resolving any issues that arise.
  Conducting regular supplier assessments and performance reviews.
• Procurement Process:Issuing purchase orders and ensuring their timely execution.
  Monitoring market trends for raw materials and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
  Collaborating with production planning and inventory control to forecast material needs.
  Managing inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock of key materials.
  Implementing strategies for cost reduction and monitoring purchasing expenses.
• Quality Control:Ensuring all materials meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
  Working with the quality control team to resolve any material-related issues.
• Record Keeping and Reporting:Maintaining accurate records of purchasing activities, contracts, and inventory levels.
  Generating reports on purchasing metrics and expenses.
• Other Responsibilities:Communicating with various departments, including production, engineering, and quality control.
  Following established procurement policies and procedures.
  Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes.
  Providing administrative support to the procurement team.
