Job Summary:
Manage and maintain property and dormitory operations at Punggol Plaza, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, overseeing contractors and tenant relations, and delivering efficient facility management with 24/7 emergency responsiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess grounds maintenance and identify improvement opportunities
- Verify compliance with building statutory requirements to ensure legal and safety standards are met
- Maintain accurate records and organize filing systems to support administrative efficiency
- Oversee building cleanliness standards and coordinate cleaning schedules to uphold hygiene
- Evaluate and recommend replacement or improvement plans for managed facilities to enhance operational quality
- Supervise and manage term contractors to ensure work aligns with contract specifications and quality expectations
- Assist in monthly rental collection and leasing activities to support property revenue management
- Manage vendor contracts to ensure timely delivery and adherence to agreed terms
- Coordinate tenant management activities including fitting out and renovation projects to facilitate smooth tenancy operations
- Conduct regular dormitory inspections to monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards
- Administer dormitory operations by coordinating room occupancy, resolving worker conflicts, and managing dormitory facilities maintenance
- Ensure efficient and continuous dormitory operations through proactive management and problem resolution
- Provide 24/7 emergency call support and attend site promptly to address urgent operational issues
