Role Description

We are looking for a meticulous and dependable HR Coordinator to join our Project Operations HR team. This role will provide essential support to internal Talent Acquisition and Payroll functions by managing the heavy volume of administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling paperwork and processes at scale in a fast-paced environment.


Role Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the full recruitment process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidate documentation.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by preparing contracts, collecting required documents, and ensuring timely submission of new hire paperwork.
  • Support payroll administration by consolidating attendance records, processing contract amendments, and updating documentation for project-based hires.
  • Maintain and update HR trackers, employee records, and personnel files with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as issuing letters, preparing employment documents, and updating shared HR folders.
  • Assist with orientation logistics and help coordinate initial training for new project hires.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and local employment regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Operations HR team to ensure smooth execution of all HR administrative activities.


Required Education and Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administrative support, preferably in a high-volume or project-based setting.
  • Familiarity with recruitment and payroll documentation processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe PDF and cloud-based filing systems (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Team player who is adaptable, reliable, and proactive.
