Manage multiple international projects

Coordinate all open topics and demands for Microsoft Dynamics (NAV) and associated processes

Provide support to key-users regarding NAV issues or errors

Responsible for identifying change needs, assessing the impact of changes, capturing and documenting requirements in a Change Request (CR) tool, and ensuring that these requirements are delivered to the agreed time deadline

Identify technical issues and communicate these clearly NAV Competence Centre (NCC) for resolution

Project lead for any NAV related activities

• Patch testing and release
• New functionality introduction and implementation
• Local requirements escalation and follow through to implementation

Provide training to key-users and end-users when necessary

Develop business analytics tools for organization based on Microsoft SQL reporting services
