Project Manager (Sanitary & Plumbing)

Responsibilities :

- Plan and manage all details of the project from award to completion

- Assist with monthly progress claim

- Attend meetings with clients, consultants and sub-contractors

- Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions.

- Resolve engineering issues with good ideas/solutions

Requirements :

- Licensed Plumber

- Minimum 2 years working experience in construction and plumbing related field

- Possess own vehicle and Class 3 driving license
