Project Management Manager-ACMV

- Propose feasible, reliable, cost-saving and alternative bidding design proposals that comply with relevant construction practice codes.

- Be capable of preparing the project schedule and labor plan based on the main-contractor's master schedule schematic.

- Familiar with the local standards in Singapore, and guide the production of design drawings, shop drawings and As-building drawings. And make ensured to comply with regulations and customer requirements.

- Communicate with clients, architects, consultants and main-contractors on any on-site issues to ensure the timely execution of the project. Represent the company to attend on-site meetings, design meetings and other necessary meetings, and communicate with government departments if necessary.

- Effective project management, coordinating on-site staff, including project planning, leading and coordinating the entire project team, including supervisors, foremen, workers and subcontractors.

- Offer more competitive equipment costs and subcontractor costs to minimize project costs and capital utilization.

- Lead QS in submitting progress claims every month and supervise engineering changes to avoid significant differences in claims and payment amounts. Complete the project accounts and change claims as early as possible so as to customer verification and payment.

- Supervise the on-site work progress and, where appropriate, provide interim payment proof to the suppliers/subcontractors recommended by the designated project engineer.

- Acquire, recommend and recruit suitable subcontractors and employees to provide customers with high-quality engineering services.

- Actively participate in the estimation of tender documents, change quotations and cost preparation work.

- Be responsible for communication with clients, competent authorities, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, consultants, etc.

- Actively participate in the construction of the company's quality management system.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering or related fields.

- More than 10 years of working experience in ACMV systems and project manager, have a strong sense of responsibility.

- Have the ability to read and understand drawing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
