Project Management Executive

Job Description:

• Oversee the implementation of projects
• Manage the development of all project activities from initiation to completion
• Work with customers and project team to develop the Project Management Plan
• Manage the project budget, resources, and schedule
• Lead and motivate the project team consisting of internal employees and external vendors
• Identify and manage all project risks, communications, and delivery
• Provide project status updates to all stakeholders promptly

Education:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Recent graduates or individuals with less than 1 year of work experience are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
