• Awareness of incoming tender and assisting in data consolidation
• Understanding the project requirement and prepare the documents to be submitted.
• Current and past data compilation for technical report
• Coordinating between consultants,BIM, engineers ,QS or other departments for technical report preparation and presentation
• Assist in Manpower planning
• Prequalification (PQ) and tender preparation & submission
• Database creation and analysis
• Application submission to authorities
• Assisting in TOC planning, scheduling & progress update
• Assisting in Other commercial & corporate reports for tender,research & developments
• Coordinating within departments for company awards or events supports
