Project Engineer/C&S Engineer/Architectural Coordinator

Office Location : Tai Seng

Working hours : Monday to Friday | 830am to 6pm | Saturday 830am to 12pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000!! + Performance related Pay + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Review Drawings: Check architectural drawings for errors and coordination issues.

• Liaise with Consultants: Communicate with architects and engineers for clarifications and revisions.

• Coordination with Subcontractors: Ensure architectural works align with structural, M&E, and ID works.

• Site Inspections: Verify works comply with approved drawings and specifications.

• Resolve Issues: Address design conflicts, site constraints, and technical queries.

• Submission & Approvals: Prepare and submit documents for approvals (e.g., MOS, RA, shop drawings).

• Quality Control: Ensure materials and workmanship meet project standards.

• Progress Monitoring: Track architectural works to meet project timelines.

• Compliance: Ensure works comply with regulations and contract requirements.

• Handover Preparation: Assist in defect rectification and documentation for project completion.

Job Requirements:

•Candidate has at least 2 years of relevant working experiences that possess Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering and M&E or equivalent

•Knowledgeable in basic Autocad software

•Has positive attitude and sense of responsibilities

•Able to handle construction projects with commitment on work

•Good in communication and written abilities

•Required skill : Able to use Microsoft Project to present schedule to the clients
