What You'll Be Doing:
- Product Discovery & Research:Conduct user research and competitive analysis for our new SaaS, "ClariFi" .
Translate insights into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with our technical team and UI/UX designer on product specifications and feature prioritization.
Assist in tracking progress for other software product tool "Omni" and the "ClariFi" SaaS product.
- Go-to-Market Assistance: Help develop product messaging and marketing materials for our new offerings.
Support the creation of sales enablement content and case studies.
- Market & Product Analysis: Identify market opportunities and define target customer segments (e.g., Finance/IT leaders).
Help define and track key product success metrics.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate. Degrees in Business, Accounting or a related field.
- Strong analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Genuine interest in B2B software, SaaS, data analytics, and product management.
- Familiarity with Figma, Power BI or other BI tools is a big plus.
- Able to commit for 3 - 6 months.
