Job Description

Candidate with relevant experience in metal fabrication, semi-con, precision engineering and engineering industry will be advantageous.
Has a good working attitude.
Has at least 5 years experience operating CNC Milling Machines and CNC Turning Machines
Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
Has CAM Programme knowledge
Set-up individual tools for machine operation in CNC Milling Machines and CNC Turning Machines
Able to do process management plan and operation
Create Geommetry and check machining simulation
Generate NC programme and put the programme to designated machines
Work according to production plan and to maintain operational efficiency
Carry out in-process measurements and to maintain product quality.
Monitor process/ machines performance and to troubleshoot/ report any deviations to respective personnels, if any.
Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions.
Ensure cleaniness according to the Company's 5'S' policy.
