Job Description & Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Early Childhood and Education- Teaching (DECCE-T).

- Candidate must be certified at L1 or L2 level.

- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Required Skill(s): word, excel, powerpoint

Job Role:

- Responsible for all aspects of classroom management through positive guidance, valuing children's rights and diversity

- Providing a safe and stimulating learning environment for children to think, wonder and question

- Planning observation of children, establishing necessary documentation of children's learning, progress reports and portfolios

- Plan and implement the programme for the class according to the centre's pedagogy

- Review teaching and learning plans to meet the diverse needs of children

- Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure the safety and hygiene of the children

- Build and maintain good partnership with parents
