Preschool Principal (Punggol/ 5 days) - WC2

• Oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with ECDA regulations.
• Lead and manage teaching and administrative teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement curriculum plans to support holistic child development.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and the community through effective communication and engagement.
• Handle administrative functions, including budgeting, resource management, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership (DPL).
• At least 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of ECDA regulations and EYDF guidelines.
