Pre-Registration Pharmacists / Pharmacists

The Institute of Mental Health is a 2,000 bed acute tertiary psychiatric hospital. We offer a comprehensive range of psychiatric, rehabilitative and counselling services for children, adolescents, adults and the elderly.

The Challenges

You will provide patient-centred services to the different sub-specialties of psychiatry and mental health. You will:

• provide professional and clinical services
• attend multi-disciplinary rounds to contribute to patients’ drug therapy management and answer drug queries
• provide pharmaceutical care services
• provide medication education and counselling
• provide drug information services
• conduct training and education sessions
• run medication management clinic for outpatients
• supervise a team of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants
• participate in clinical research

The Requirements
• Degree in Pharmacy that is registrable in Singapore
• Pharmacists with hospital working experience are preferred (Pre-Registration Pharmacists are welcome to apply).

• Candidates with multiple years of releant experience will be considered for a Senior Pharmacist position.
