Post-Care Support Staff (Counselling)

Location: Central Area

Working Hrs: 44hrs/Week

Responsibilities:

1. Emotional Support: Provide guidance and encouragement

2. Practical Assistance: Help with education, employment, or National Service

3. Community Connection: Link youth and families to relevant services

4. Reporting and Planning: Write reports, create individualized plans, and track progress

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Must have Degree or Diploma in Social Work or Psychology

2. Case Management: Planning, monitoring, and guiding youth progress

3. Communication: Building trust and positive relationships

4. Problem-Solving: Helping youths overcome challenges

5. Community Resources: Knowledge of referral services (housing, job help, counseling)

6. Youth Understanding: Awareness of at-risk youth issues (behavior, family, education)

7. Emotional Support: Encouraging and motivating youths
