Planning & Engineering Deputy Manager

• Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors
• Review & evaluate tender documents and specifications for subcontractors
• Review & evaluate subcontract agreements, letter of award, work/purchase order, etc
• Quantity measurement and preparation of progress claims and variation claims to Clients and Consultants
• Evaluation of subcontractor’s progress claims, and variation claims and recommend to team Manager for the interim payment certificates until final account settlement
• Uploading payment certificates to ERP system
• Preparation of projected monthly cash flow with progress forecast
• Review and verify material submittals from Subcontractors and prepare for submittals to Consultants
• Monitoring of subcontractors’ work progress and schedule
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants for QS and contract related issues
• Periodic reporting to project management team, Singapore Branch office & Headquarters in South Korea

Job requirements:

• Degree in Architectural or Civil/Structure Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience in similar role for A1 MNC Construction firm's building project is mandatory
• Minimum 7 years of relevant site experience in architectural finishes work for building projects is mandatory
• Knowledge on PSSCOC/FIDIC & understanding of structural & Architectural finsihsing works for building projects
• Proficient with ERP and BMS (Budget Management System) is essential for this position
• Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD etc
