About the Role
As a Physiotherapist, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering therapy plans that improve residents’ mobility, function, and quality of life - especially during new admissions. You will also lead the therapy team, uphold clinical standards, and support ongoing enhancements to care delivery.

- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: Punggol Field, Singapore
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Weekends & Public Holidays Off)
- Monthly Salary: Up to $5,500
- Bonus Structure: Annual increment, 13th-month AWS, and performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct assessments and create individualized physiotherapy plans, with a focus on newly admitted residents
- Lead, supervise, and mentor therapy staff to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance
- Ensure therapy practices follow current evidence-based guidelines and internal protocols
- Participate in discharge planning and caregiver education to support smooth transitions
- Monitor departmental KPIs and operations, identifying areas for quality improvement
- Oversee the training, onboarding, and competency assessment of therapy aides
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage therapy equipment and inventory
What They’re Looking For
- Mandatory Certification: Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) as a Physiotherapist
- Educational Requirement: Diploma or higher in Physiotherapy
- Experience: Minimum 2 year of relevant experience; 5+ years in a healthcare setting preferred for senior-level roles
- Key Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Prior experience in elderly care is an advantage
