About the Role:
As a Physiotherapist, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering care plans that enhance residents’ mobility and quality of life, especially for new admissions. You’ll also lead the therapy team, uphold clinical standards, and contribute to ongoing service improvements.

- Employment: Full-Time
- Location: Punggol Field, Singapore
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (Weekends & Public Holidays Off)
- Monthly Salary Range: SGD 2,500 – SGD 4,000

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assess and develop individualized physiotherapy plans for residents, with a focus on supporting new admissions
- Lead, supervise, and mentor therapy staff to maintain high performance and ensure compliance with care standards
- Ensure clinical practices align with the latest evidence-based guidelines and internal protocols
- Participate in discharge planning and caregiver education to support smooth transitions to home or community settings
- Monitor departmental operations and KPIs, driving improvements in care delivery and service quality
- Oversee therapy aides’ training, competency evaluations, and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate documentation, safeguard resident records, and manage therapy equipment inventory
What They’re Looking For:
- Mandatory Professional Credential: Must be registered as a Physiotherapist with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
- Educational Background: Diploma or higher in Physiotherapy
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience; a minimum of 5 years in a healthcare setting preferred for senior-level candidates
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience working with elderly residents is preferred
