Pharmacist (Epic & Inpatient)

You will be serving in a dual role, supporting both inpatient pharmacy services and the Epic system. You will identify and resolve drug-related issues as well as recommend appropriate drug therapies to ensure safe and effective drug distribution and optimal patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for configuring and implementing the Epic system, leveraging your technical expertise to enhance medication-related workflows and patient care delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy
• Good listening and communication skills
• Epic Willow certification and prior clinical/informatics working experience will be advantageous
