Pharmacist

You will be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team intervening in acute or chronic diseases to maintain current health, and promote patients' well-being. You will identify and resolve drug-related problems as well as recommended appropriate drug therapy to ensure safe and effective drug distribution and outcomes. These include active participation in regular inpatient clinical rounds and/ or ambulatory care clinics, as well as dispensing medications and counselling patients on their medication treatment. You will also communicate timely and accurate drug information, and provide education to the general public, patients, students, and fellow healthcare workers on matters pertaining to safe and effective medication use. In addition, you will also be involved in research efforts in clinical areas.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy and registered as a Pharmacist in Singapore;
• Prior or current expertise in the areas of Intensive Care and Aseptics/ Total Parenteral Nutritional would be highly considered for the role;
• Good listening and communication skills; and
• Enjoys interacting with people of all levels.
