Payroll cum Account Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) for suppliers and customers.
• Perform general journal entries and manage month-end closing processes.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely manner.
• Process employee payroll, including final salary payments for resigned staff.
• Assist with ad-hoc finance-related tasks and administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Able to commence work within a short notice period is an added advantage.
