Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Catering Operations Manager to oversee our catering operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and catering, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all catering operations, including planning, organizing, and executing events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee menu planning and food preparation to ensure high-quality standards.
• Supervise and train catering staff, ensuring efficient and professional service.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle budgeting and financial planning for catering operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a Catering Manager, Event Manager, or similar role with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of catering operations and event planning.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
