About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in evaluating and enhancing the functional abilities of elderly residents through individualized therapy programs. You will collaborate closely with nursing and allied health professionals, supervise junior team members, and contribute to continuous care improvements. Openings are available at both mid-level and senior-level capacities, depending on experience.

- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Weekends & Public Holidays Off)
- Monthly Salary Range: SGD 2,500 – SGD 4,000

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized therapy plans focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs), cognitive functions, behavioral support, and social engagement
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve residents' motor skills, strength, and functional mobility
- Collaborate with nursing and allied health teams to ensure holistic, coordinated care
- Monitor and review therapy programs regularly to align with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency protocols
- Supervise and guide junior therapists and therapy aides in day-to-day functions
- Manage therapy equipment inventory and participate in quality assurance initiatives
- Support training, onboarding, and skill development of therapy aides
- Maintain strict confidentiality of resident information and foster positive relationships with internal teams and external partners
What They’re Looking For:
- Mandatory Professional Credential: Must be registered as a Occupational Therapist with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar capacity; 5 years or more for senior-level roles in a healthcare environment
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Preferably experienced in elderly care
