Media & Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Assist in Developing Product Collaterals and Presentation Slides:

- Work closely with the sales and product teams to create visually appealing and informative product brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.

- Design and format presentation slides for internal and external meetings, ensuring they effectively communicate key product features and benefits.

2. Design and update website

- Collaborate with vendors on content for website and social media platforms.

- Ensure that all content aligns with the company's branding guidelines and effectively promotes products and services.

3. Assist in planning and coordinating events, webinars, and other promotional activities.

- Handle logistics such as venue booking, attendee registration, and event setup.

- Promote events through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.

- Assist in Managing the Company's Social Media Accounts:

4. Perform Administrative Tasks as Needed to Support the Sales Team:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining customer databases.

- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.

- Handle other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department.

5. Monitor and Respond to Sales Enquiries:

- Track incoming sales enquiries through various channels such as email, phone, and social media.

- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.

- Maintain records of enquiries and follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and drive sales.
