Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

1. Maintaining existing and new customers database;
2. Coordinating with Product Managers for monthly newsletter and promotions;
3. Updating news on corporate website and multi-media;
4. Events organization and coordination;
5. Preparation of marketing materials;
6. Maintain and execute the regional marketing plans and programs in line with corporate strategic marketing direction;
7. Align and develop digital marketing efforts;
8. Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure communication objectives are met within schedule and budget;
9. Develops metrics for marketing success and measure and provide ROI on marketing investments;
10. Monitor marketing fund for all initiatives; and
11. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing or equivalent
• At least 1 year of work experience in Marketing/Public Relation
• Ability to do digital marketing and at least basic design for EDM
• Good communication skill
• Good event management skill
• Planning and management of marketing funds and activities
