What you will do:
As Marketing Communications Executive, you shall assist in the coordination and execution of all marketing communications activities such as managing sales collateral, internal/external communications, product launches, promotional programs and all efforts needed to effectively represent the company to customers and stakeholders. Some business travel will be needed.
How you will do it:
- Manage all marketing, advertising and promotional activities including fulfilment of print material and sales merchandise
- Track all marketing campaigns, projects and expenses
- Manage channel partner relationships and be the point of MarCom contact for all stakeholders
- Manage product-focused internal and external communications including the release of eDMs.
- Ensure that all forms of external communications including collaterals, e-bulletins, etc. comply with corporate branding guidelines
- Develop and manage the production of events’ marketing collateral and ensuring that deadlines are met
What we look for:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing Communications / Marketing / Business related subject
- Proven experience within a similar or related role and dealing with multiple requests from several stakeholders
- A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication, writing & presentation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Creative, resourceful and meticulous
- Initiative, eye for details and a team player
- Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments
- Proficiency in graphics packages such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign would be an advantage
