Managing Director

Workdays: 5.5 days/week
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday) and 9 am to 1 pm (Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and implement the company’s strategic vision for supporting partnership development in Asia.
2. Develop and deliver tailored strategies to grow and expand the business in Singapore and the broader Asia-Pacific education market.
3. Build and maintain high-trust relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government agencies, corporate partners, and alumni networks.
4. Lead the design and delivery of event engagements and bespoke initiatives focused on global education.
5. Oversee marketing, communications, and brand development efforts to establish thought leadership and credibility in the region.
6. Ensure operational compliance and growth, aligning with Singaporean regulations and best practices in consultancy service delivery.
7. Recruit and manage a small core team and scale capacity as the business grows.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration. Master’s preferred.
2. More than 10 years of experience in the education industry, with over 5 years of executive experience in a Chinese education group/unicorn company.
3. Familiar with financial knowledge and possessing excellent financial analysis skills.
4. Proficient in education industry policies and regulations, familiar with education business modules.
5. Proven experience in building a business and managing over 10 campuses.
6. Exceptional communication skills with experience speaking or presenting in professional settings.
