Job Description:
Munters is a global leader in energy-efficient and sustainable climate solutions. We are seeking a highly driven and strategic individual to join our team as Manager, Offer Management – AirTech, APAC. This role plays a critical part in developing and executing regional offer strategies aligned with our global objectives, focusing on our AirTech business across Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement offer management strategies across the APAC region in alignment with global business plans.
- Oversee the lifecycle management of product, service, and digital solution portfolios to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.
- Drive pricing, positioning, and value proposition strategies tailored to regional market needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of product strategies.
- Gather and analyse market and customer insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Actively support business development and commercial planning activities.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional team with a focus on innovation and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in offer, product, or portfolio management within the B2B industrial sector.
- Minimum 3 years in a commercial leadership or strategic role, preferably with P&L accountability.
- Proven ability to work across cultures and manage regional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
