Management Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Management Executive to join our team at Mary Chia Holdings. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our company's operational processes, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving growth. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, problem-solving skills, creative mind and a positive attitude towards learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity across all departments.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives.
• Work with team members to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
• Monitor financial performance, budgetary compliance, and resource allocation by project basis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Poly graduates are welcome too!
