Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Logistics Assistant role located in Singapore at Upper Paya Lebar Road. The Logistics Office Administrator Assistant manages the administrative and clerical tasks supporting logistics operations, focusing on order processing, documentation, and communication. They also handle inventory, shipment coordination, and customer service related to logistics.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Organization Skills
  • Inventory Management and Purchasing skills
  • Experience in Logistics Management
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Working Hours (negotiable)

  • 5 days work week, Monday to Thursday and Saturday
