Logistic Officer ( East / Up $3000++ )

Details:

• Salary: $2,400 to $3,000
• Monday to Friday: 0825 – 1745 and Alt Sat 0825 – 1230
• Working Location(Can choose):

Job Scope:

• Manage courier bookings and coordinate daily activities with customers and transporters to address any issues
• Plan orders to meet customer requirements for shipment delivery and collection
• Prepare and submit accurate reports and data collection as needed.
• Administer cycle counts and ensure timely handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, including exchanges and returns.
• Ensure all shipment documentation is accurate and submitted on time; report any non-conformances to management.
• Implement initiatives for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist with lifting goods weighing approximately 15-20 kg when required.

Requirements:

• Preferably relevant working experience in 3PL warehouse
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA)
