Kitchen Crew / Assistant (Full time and part time)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, and cooking as required.
• Follow recipes and instructions to prepare and cook dishes consistently and to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including cleaning workstations, equipment, and utensils.
• Wash and store kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment properly.
• Ensure ingredients are properly labeled, stored, and rotated to prevent wastage.
• Assist in receiving and organizing stock deliveries.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support the kitchen team in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Experience in the kitchen
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
