Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hrs: 42hrs/weekly
Responsibilities:
1. Stock Management: Maintain stock levels, rotate stock, and label expiry dates
2. Food Preparation: Organize and prepare ingredients for practical lessons
3. Cleaning and Hygiene: Ensure high hygiene and safety standards in FCE rooms and prep room
4. Teaching Support: Assist teachers during lessons, set up equipment
5. Event Support: Assist with events in FCE Rooms
6. Additional Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Experience: At least 6 months as a FCE/NFS Room Assistant or equivalent in a school environment
2. School experience: Secondary school experience is an added advantage
3. Certification: Valid WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 certification is preferred
4. Education: Minimum GCE 'N' Level, with ability to understand English instructions.
