We are a rapidly growing Crypto Exchange startup backed by a visionary leadership team and a strong ecosystem in the blockchain and FinTech space. Our mission is to redefine the digital asset experience and empower users globally. As we expand, we are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to build and lead our Human Resource function across our headquarters in Singapore and our regional offices.


Role Overview:

An HR Administrator supports the human resources department in carrying out various administrative duties related to the employee lifecycle. This role ensures smooth HR operations, maintains employee records, and helps facilitate recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, databases, and HR documents.
  • Recruitment Support: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the onboarding of new hires.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Collect and process payroll data, manage leave requests, and assist employees with benefit-related queries.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR practices adhere to labour laws and company policies; assist with audits and reporting requirements.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs.
  • Training and Development: Assist with coordinating training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining development records.
  • HR Projects: Support HR initiatives and programs such as employee engagement, wellness activities, and performance reviews.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on HR metrics like turnover rates, absenteeism, and recruitment outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage

  • Familiarity with HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, training, and employee relations.
  • Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems like BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Basic understanding of payroll systems and benefits administration.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills; ability to work well with diverse teams.

  • The HR & Office Administrator will manage all administrative matters of the office, provide daily support to the HR Manager in HR-related functions, and assist the Customer Service team by monitoring inquiries from customers using our trading platform. The role includes escalating unresolved customer issues to the Operations (Ops) team after a specified response time.
