Job Description

  • Support HR & Admin operations and working towards achieving a harmonious workplace and well-structured organization.
  • Provide support in board spectrum of HR & Admin operations such as management of personnel information in HR system and P-file, reviewing HR policies, training and development planning and co-ordination.
  • Manage worker exit procedure such as offboarding and conduct exit interview.
  • Assist in payroll, leave and employee benefits management.
  • Assist on employee enquiries on HR matters.
  • Support in general office administration.
  • Training / course registration.
  • To perform other ad hoc related duties as and when assigned.


Job Requirement

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR related function.
  • Diploma or Degree in related Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work independently with good analytical skill and resourcefulness.
  • Good communications skill.
  • Passionate and driven.
  • Ability to handles sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion.
