Are you a results-driven marketer passionate about technology and growth? As ITLink's Growth Marketer, you will be the driving force behind our marketing strategy and execution across our entire portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing function, spearhead lead generation efforts, and make a significant impact on our journey as we scale both our established services and innovative new software products.
You'll be responsible for taking our message to market, attracting the right audiences, and filling our sales pipeline for everything from high-value technology consulting projects and subscription tiers to our B2B SaaS software.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Develop & Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans for ITLink’s services and our software products, aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Drive Lead Generation: Own the lead generation funnel from awareness to MQL/SQL. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital channels including SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Content is King (and Queen!): Oversee and contribute to the creation of compelling content (blog posts, case studies, website copy, product sheets, video scripts, whitepapers, social media updates) that resonates with our target personas.
- Digital Marketing:Manage and optimize our company website for SEO, user experience, and conversion.
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility for key services and products.
Lead our LinkedIn presence, building thought leadership and engaging with our community.
Manage email marketing campaigns, nurturing leads and engaging our database.
Grow our YouTube channel as a platform for demos, tutorials, and expert insights
- Product Marketing: Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and updates.
Craft clear and compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging.
Create sales enablement materials (presentations, demo talking points, competitor analysis).
- Analyse, Optimise, Report: Track, measure, and report on all marketing activities and KPIs (website traffic, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics. Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Managing Director on overall strategy and sales alignment. Liaise with our technical team for product insights and content accuracy. Guide and mentor junior marketing support/interns.
What You Bring to the Table (Skills & Qualifications):
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 previous role with Marketing exposure and experience (We are open to exceptional candidates with less formal experience who can demonstrate high potential, a steep learning curve, and a strong portfolio of achievements).
- Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for crafting clear and persuasive copy.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and a relentless drive for results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- You are based in Singapore and are excited to work in a dynamic, growing company.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves):
- Experience in marketing SaaS products and understanding SaaS metrics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing (especially LinkedIn).
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Experience with video content creation or YouTube channel management.
