1. Job Description & Requirements
Location π: Lorong Chuan (New Tech Park) (training provided for 2 weeks @ Bukit Gombak)
π°: Commensurate with experience (apply to find out more! π)
β° Working hours:Morning: 10am - 5pm(MON-FRI)
Evening/Night: 5pm - 9pm (Mon/Wed/Fri)
Weekend: Sat 9am-12pm
FT: 5 1/2 work week
PT: open to discussion
β¨Job Scope: β¨* Manage reception area* Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration,appointments, tele consult, order and manage stock* Administrative duties such as CHAS, insurance claims, Medisave, etc* Assist Doctor during consultations if required* Any other duties as requiredπ«
Requirements: π«* Minimum "A" Level / Diploma / ITE cert* Singaporean & able to work independently* Experience in healthcare setting is an advantage (training will be provided if without)* Experience in using clinic assist with tele consult an added advantage (training will be provided if without)* Good interpersonal and communication skills, bilingual preferred* Good customer-service mindset* Digital Skills: Microsoft Office (Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Google Drive
