Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Finance Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of financial operations for our organization and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where rolling up sleeves is part of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage cash flow for all subsidiaries to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, analysis, and working capital management.
- Develop, implement, and monitor budgets across departments and projects.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and general ledger activities.
- Handle external auditors and ensure smooth audit processes.
- Liaise with legal counsel on financial matters and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders including banks, auditors, and legal advisors.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, including experience in cash flow management and audit handling.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to handle complex financial operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Autocount is a plus.
