Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and driven ESG Solutions Associate to support ESGpedia’s business development efforts. This role is integral in managing client relationships, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving ESGpedia’s growth by supporting sales and account management functions.

As an ESG Solutions Associate, you will play a key role in engaging with clients, understanding their ESG needs, and facilitating their journey on the ESGpedia platform. You will work closely with the Business Development team to drive business success and contribute to ESGpedia’s mission of making ESG data accessible and impactful.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage post-sales processes, including client onboarding, addressing inquiries, and providing ESG-related guidance on the platform’s tools and offerings.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, data, and technical) to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing engagement with clients.
• Provide behind-the-scenes support such as preparing ESG reports, supporting carbon emissions calculations, and tracking data inputs for clients based on frameworks like GHG Protocol, ISSB, and other industry standards.
• Conduct research on ESG trends, regulations, and market developments to support internal knowledge-building and provide clients with relevant and informed insights.
• Assist the sales and business development team in preparing tailored proposals, client decks, technical documentation, and reporting templates.
• Support internal coordination efforts by compiling client requirements and liaising with product and engineering teams to address customisation needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, feedback, and engagement history using CRM systems.
• Represent ESGpedia at client meetings, industry events, and conferences when required, serving as a key liaison between clients and the broader ESGpedia team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Banking, Environmental Science, or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in account management, business development, or sales (fresh graduates can also be considered).
• Passion for ESG and sustainability is a must. Knowledge of ESG data and regulations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
• Experience with CRM tools, sales systems, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high customer service standards.
