Cyber Security Lead - Join Our Executive Leadership Team

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Information Security Officer to lead our global cybersecurity strategy and protect our organization's digital assets across multiple jurisdictions. This executive role requires a proven leader with deep technical expertise and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

About the Role: As CISO, you will spearhead our organization's information security program, directly influencing board-level decisions while managing cybersecurity risks across international operations. You'll lead a global team of cybersecurity professionals and collaborate with senior executives to align security initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and risk management frameworks
• Lead a high-performance team of security professionals across multiple regions
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies (MAS, HKMA, SEC, BSP, CBRC)
• Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) and incident response capabilities
• Design and implement enterprise security architecture (zero-trust model)
• Drive compliance with international standards (ISO27001, NIST, COBIT)
• Present security posture and risk assessments to board and executive leadership
• Champion security awareness and culture across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years progressive experience in cybersecurity leadership roles
• Proven track record managing APAC/global cybersecurity operations
• Deep expertise in financial services security and regulatory compliance
• Experience with enterprise security technologies (Splunk, ServiceNow, AWS, Tanium)
• Strong background in risk management, audit, and compliance frameworks
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CISA required

Desired Experience:

• Previous roles as CISO or Regional Security Director
• Experience building and scaling security teams across regions
• Demonstrated success in crisis management and incident response
• Track record of delivering complex security transformation programs
• Experience with cloud security and modern infrastructure
• Board-level advisory experience
