Job Description

Customer Service and Wellness Assistant

Salary:3 days per week sgd 1400+commins

5 days per week sgd 2200+commins

6 days per week sgd 2500+commins


Working Hours:

Part time: 3 days per week

Full time: 5/6 days per week

Location:city hall.mrt


Monday-Satursday ( 10am-8pm )

Closed Sunday & Public Holidays


Responsibilities:

1)Therapy Sessions:

-Attend to clients therapy session with utmost hygience and care

-Serve clients with high hospitality standard.

-Maintain cleanilness of therapy centre at all time simple cleaning.

-Carry and stock up outlets with products.


2)Client's Follow Up:

-Contact clients regularly to follow up about their therapy sessions.

-Attend to each client's concern and queries professionaly.


3) Sales:

-Be attentive to the client's needs and recommend suitable theraphy packages or energia products.

-Assist in road shows as required by head office.Assist of corporate sales during lunch time as required by head office.
