Company Secretary (Qualified Individual)

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Company Secretary to join our professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for private limited companies in Singapore
• Prepare and file resolutions, annual returns, and other necessary ACRA documents
• Maintain statutory registers and minute books
• Advise clients on compliance matters under the Companies Act
• Liaise with ACRA, IRAS, and other regulatory authorities

Requirements:

• Must be a Qualified Individual (QI) under ACRA requirements
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial work
• Familiar with ACRA BizFile+ filing procedures and regulatory updates
• Able to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios
• Good command of English and Chinese preferred (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
