Objective:
Enhance the organization’s visibility through strategic communication initiatives, ensuring consistent storytelling and branding that reflect the agency's mission and values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communications and marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives, values, and brand identity.
- Create content for various platforms, including social media, website updates, and the Annual Report to effectively showcase the organization’s activities and impact.
- Develop and manage content for fundraising campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with key messages and goals.
- Curate and edit content for the quarterly newsletter, highlighting the organization’s milestones, impact stories, and upcoming events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather insights and information, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging across all communication channels.
- Identify opportunities for media coverage that amplify the organization’s reach and influence.
- Track media coverage, audience engagement, and social media trends to refine and optimize communication strategies as needed.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and vendors to ensure the timely and effective delivery of communication materials and campaigns.
Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives and impactful messages.
