Clinic Assistants (GP Clinic, Rotating shift - Work Location: Punggol Central)

We are looking for Full-time Clinic Assistants for our My Family Clinic branch!

What You'll be Doing

• Perform daily operational duties at outpatient Clinic.
• Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service.
• Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines.
• Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
• Operate Clinic Management System.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor/Doctor.

What We Are Looking for

• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
• Prior experience in outpatient GP clinic operations preferred.
• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinic will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field to be considered for Senior position.
• Comfortable with Shift work based on Clinic operating hours.
