The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing direct client relationships within top Singapore local enterprise companies with over 1000 employees. This role requires the ability to establish and maintain CXO-level relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Cultivate and maintain CXO-level relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive business development across IT & OT workloads, client computing, infrastructure, and services.
• Deliver tailored solutions through strategic account planning and solution selling.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and engagement.
• Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
• Lead successful bid submissions and simulate financial margins.

What We're Looking For:

1. 8+ years of experience in client relationship management within tech sectors.
2. Proven success with top Singapore enterprise clients.
3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.
5. Experience engaging CXOs and organizing executive-level events.
6. Financial acumen to support bid decisions.
