Civil Site Engineer

Location: Central Region

Working hours: 44Hrs/Week

Duration: 2 to 3 months only

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and track project schedules to ensure timely progress and completion.
• Coordinate and attend site meetings with architects, engineers, contractors, and maintenance personnel to resolve issues and align project activities.
• Review technical drawings and identify discrepancies prior to execution.
• Prepare bi-weekly or monthly progress reports for submission of payment claims to clients.
• Evaluate and justify subcontractor claims based on actual site conditions.
• Handle all safety-related administrative documentation, including safety inductions, risk assessments, method statements, and work procedures.
• Coordinate and arrange for the testing and endorsement of equipment by the appointed Authorised Examiner (AE).
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and filing in accordance with ISO procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Well-versed in WSH regulations; certification as a Safety Coordinator is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
