Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design and lead professional development programs for educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Provide guidance in implementing an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that fosters both cognitive and emotional growth.
Ensure the Center’s curricula and programs are in line with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
Strengthen and uphold the school’s reputation for excellence within the community and among parents.
Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative duties, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

A Degree in Early Childhood Education, along with a Diploma in Preschool Education – Leadership/Training (DPE-L/T) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Preschool Centers.
Proven experience in a supervisory role with excellent communication and customer service skills
