Centre Admissions Manager

Job Description:

• Attend to all phone, online and walk-in enquiries
• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Arrange and conduct all school tours (physical or virtual)
• Proactively track and follow up on leads and address any further questions parents may have
• Handle student registration process and student withdrawal process
• Handle purchases such as uniforms and cots
• Manage enrolment by date database
• Assist Centre Principal in handling and addressing parent complains
• Liaise with school bus operator to manage school bus service
• Assist with promoting and marketing of the school
• Organise and attend marketing events such as Open House that may be held outside of the contracted hours
• Other administrative and oprational duties as reuired from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holder with at least 2 to 3 years work experience in a sales, customer service or business development role
• Experience in the education or childcare sector a plus
• Possesses a warm and pleasant demeamour
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with a hands-on appoach
• Reaults orientated
• Ability to multi-task is essential for this position
