Catering Operations Coordinator

You are passionate about all things sweet and savory. You support our catering division by preparing and setting up the operations to create memories for our guests. Through ownership, teamwork, and kinship, you ensure the operational effectiveness of your catering team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily running of all the catering operations including stock inventory, setting up, packing, cleaning, and washing of equipment and crockery
• Ensure that products are delivered to client place in a timely manner and other logistic matters when necessary
• Meet and greet guests, oversee food presentation, coordinate event and decor tasks
• Attend ad-hoc meeting with Operations Manager
• Other ad-hoc duties
• Always ensure compliance to food safety and hygiene regulations

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of working experience
• Familiar with F&B catering/function operations will be an advantage
• Possess a Class 3 driving license
• Maintaining and no driving back home of the company’s vehicle
