Business Executive

Position: Migration Business executive Demand Planner

Job Descriptions:

• Demand planning based on customer requirement and forecast.

• Manage and maintain an optimal level of inventory.

• Coordinate and help with projects transfer from HQ Japan to ASEAN region.

• Understand Supply Chain Management system

• Liaise with Sales and CS department for delivery arrangement and requirements.

• Supplier window to drive business

• Understand customer product and supply chain

• Liaise with operation team to register project and quotation request in supplier system

• Reporting actual and forecast numbers to supplier and HQ Japan

• PCN (Product Change Notice) management

• Obtaining quality document from supplier and provide sales

Qualification & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder.

• Proficient in Japanese language (business level) to work closely with HQ Japan and Japanese business partners.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experiences in electronic components industry.

• Material planning & understanding of supply chain concept will be an advantage.

• Meticulous and with good initiative.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

• Positive attitude with problem solving abilities.

• Able to work independently as well as a team player.
